What is the difference between coaching and therapy?

Therapy often focuses on understanding and healing difficulties, while coaching focuses on growth, skills and moving towards what you want. My work draws on both, alongside mindfulness and embodied practice, and is always tailored to what you need.

Do you work online?

Yes. Sessions are available both online and in person, so we can work together wherever you are.

How long are sessions?

Sessions are typically around an hour for individuals, and longer for couples. We can discuss the right rhythm and length for you on your discovery call.

Do both partners attend couples sessions?

Usually, yes — couples work is most powerful when both partners are present. There may be occasions where an individual session is helpful, which we can talk through together.

Is this suitable if we are not in crisis?

Absolutely. Much of this work is for people whose lives and relationships are already good, and who simply sense that more depth, intimacy and aliveness is possible.
